Go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > FirstChapter > Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

Premium subscribers can export from Profile > Preferences > Export Data in JSON or CSV. Free users can email support@firstchapterapp.com for a full copy of their data.

Go to Profile > Edit Profile > Delete Account. This permanently deletes your memories, photos, videos, recordings and baby profiles. We keep purchase records for accounting, as our Privacy Policy explains.

Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our hosting provider, and our database uses row-level security. Photos, videos and recordings are stored at long, hard-to-guess links, so anyone who has a link can open that file. Profile pictures are less protected, so treat them as public. We never sell your data or use it for advertising, and we don't use it to train AI models. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

Free accounts include 3 AI voice memories per month, plus unlimited manual entries (text, photo, video). Premium gives you 30 AI voice memories per month (~1/day).
