How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > FirstChapter > Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Go to Profile > Preferences > Export Data. You can download all your memories in JSON or CSV format.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Account > Edit Profile > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data, including memories, photos, and baby profiles.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and row-level security. Your data is never sold or used to train AI models. Read our

How many free voice memories do I get?
Free accounts include 3 AI voice memories per month, plus unlimited manual entries (text, photo, video). Premium gives you 30 AI voice memories per month (~1/day).
